In a short-term coaching series we can employ participatory diagnostic tools to help your team excavate, reframe and unblock their challenge, enabling them to move forward with confidence and cohesion.

In addition to systems coaching and facilitation, I offer a limited number of private coaching for executives and senior leaders who are looking for ways to optimise their leadership performance. I work in an integrative model alongside clinical psychologists, natural health practitioners, nutritionists and mental health clinicians to develop an integrative approach to leadership performance that honours your humanness, works in harmony with your personal and professional responsibilities and amplifies your vitality.
To ensure that my coaching services are of maximum value I only take on a small number of private coaching clients at a time. Finding the right coach is immensely personal and I may not be the right coach for you. For this reason, I also invite clients to book in a 30min complementary discovery prior to beginning any coaching services to make sure that it is the right fit.
