I have set up and scaled design practices in every sector, coached and mentored teams of up to 15 people and have traversed design projects in social impact, systems change, tech start-ups, greenfield product design, and organisational design.
Having led digital and organisational strategy in nearly every sector, my design led approach to strategy focuses on helping organisations deeply understand their business and make the best choices for their customers, their staff, and their communities. I support teams by combining traditional approaches to strategic analysis with emerging innovation and deep sensing making practices.
As a trained Organisation and Relationship Systems coach and Theory U systems change practitioner, I help leadership teams build alignment, cultivate coherence, lead strategy, and tackle complex and persistent challenges. My approach combines the latest in participatory design practices with social presencing and wellness approaches to help shift mindsets and embed lasting change.
